You can wireless charge the S6 btw :) not meant to be rude, i would have wireless charged before taking it apart to see if it even worked.

I completely forgot that i own a wireless charger to be completely honest lol. But yes i ended up chargeing the x and got life out of it but its locked and isnt worth repairing and the samsung you will hopefully see a vid on that soon.

since you repair broken phones, i suggest that you remove/store any non broken part/s from those "unfixable" phones instead of throwing it away.

Thought the 5c was mine because I tried to customize my old one with a sharpie and then tried to wash it off but killed the screen and then the phone was outside for a couple of months in the weather witch would explain the motherboard problem but realized it was not the one I had because mine was on 10.3.3

I bought a iphone 7 and turns out it was my old one. It was iCloud locked but I recognized that one crack near the camera and now I have a working 10 dollar iphone 7.

Should have thrown that S7 on a wireless charging pad, if the port is bad it would have charged wirelessly

Even though ik you haven't made a vid in almost a year, a tip for differentiating the X and XS: Look at the bottom, if there are 5 holes on the left, it's a X, if there are 3, it's a XS

You do know that the Samsung s7 and iPhone X both have wireless charging if you have a wireless pad you can still charge it

To be completely honest i completely forgot about wireless charging. I went ahead and just plugged a different battery into and got some results. I should hopefully have a separate video on that phone coming soon!

I just loved the s7 edge's cool color I have the s7 edge in gold and black S7 in black S6 in topaz blue and emarald green Whoops I used to collect the S series phones up until S10 series , the s20 didn't belong in the collectible list because it's too expensive and not that modern looking phone

The charging port on the iPhone X just looks like it’s full of lint get a sim tool and clean it out then it might work

Good idea, sadly i already tried that with no results so if i get a iphone x in with a good charge port ill try that. Other then that since the phone is ic locked according to the sim its not worth buying any parts for.

@@fixingfaming that is a real bummer apple really should put a 30 day lock on a locked iPhone after a reset instead of just locking it outright that gives the owner plenty of time to declare it lost or stolen if they don’t the phone will activate

@@pearelectronics3083 yeah i definitely wish that system was in place. If it was all the locked devices ive been sitting on would turn into a gold mine loll. I also did test the x and it does work but is password and icloud locked so pretty much for parts.
