Man, I had a video on a demo disc for the Dreamcast of the first game (released in '99, I was like 10) and I remember having a blast watching it, it was like absolutely nothing seen before to me at the time for any console and I always wanted to play it (never had the chance). This is the first time I see the second game and is absolutely mind blowing to see all the things they did back in 2003. Like you have said, way ahead of its time, and staying true to their values, as I see it. I can feel the love you have for this game, and I appreciate that. Have a blessed day.
Holy shit this game has so much soul, I can't believe I've never heard of this before which is such a shame after all these years trying to find a tactical game with this much detail and replayability. I hope someday we get a faithful sequel and thank you for making this video displaying how much dept this game has to everyone as in sure alot of ppl would've written it off as just a old game otherwise
Is this game ever was available on ps1? I dont really remember anything of that because I only saw for ps1 games it was Land Of The Babes and Time To Kill?
Back in the day there was more people playing the Multiplayer Demo rather than the full version because it was free and digitally available. Full version was released digitally first time in 2017 without official multiplayer support. Better marketing would've helped and a digital version of the game earlier.
If I remember correctly, it was component cables so AV and then using hauppauge capture card. The capture card didn't show picture at 720p or 1080p resolutions, but 480p worked fine so I just used that.
Bro, you've missed a lot, this game was ahead of its time I have overplayed it. I did know any other players as internet was not like now 20 years back but who cares. Congrats to the developers

I have one question if anyone knows the answer, I'm wondering if Crysis and Crysis Warhead are the same game, as far as I can see it's one game, only that it got a remaster.
This title will always be super special to me. So glad I got to grow up with it, the multiplayer was immersive yet liminal in such a special way. The m1 carbine is my favorite rifle ever made because of this experience.

Back then they used to have great passion on making games but didn't had the hardware, now we have hardware and lack passionate companies.. Baldurs Gate 3 came to show that we still have good people in the industry like in these days
Sad part is the people that made this mainly left computer making bussines and many found completly different jobs. Few of those that remained are working on KCD
