My husband and I made the decision to relocate to Nashville, Tennessee from a small beach town in southern California and have found a new place to call home. Moving from California to Tennessee has been a great change.

Wow what a very nice home that's definitely pretty cool!! What do you mean 4.5 bathrooms exactly?? Is it half a bathroom and half another room used for something else?? As for the asking price (and I'm terrible at guestimating prices by the way as a heads up), I think it would be between $600K-$1 Million!
Wow I didn't know that wow those are fricken high prices omg! I live here in Iowa so I wouldn't have known the cost of living in Tennessee has gotten bigger!! The prices are rising are because Tennessee is gaining more people right? Therefore, will living in the state of Tennessee be more expensive in the future vs now due to people from other states moving in?? Lastly, I just love this song a lot what's it called exactly?

I didn't know you save a pretty penny on a new home I thought you would spend more because it's a brand new home that you're spending on. Hello Samantha, Thank you for all your efforts showing us what is available in the surrounding areas of Nashville. Your videos are amazing. 👍🥇. I find this model , the most convenient for my retirement. Because of the energy saving construction , the design and it is also a single floor design . However, it is slightly above my budget as it exceeds my threshold. So is there any bargaining for that price ? Is there another equivalent model that I might have overlooked in your videos ? One last thing I wanted to say Samantha (I just can't get enough of you and that's why I like commenting on your videos like this) is that I may take a vacation to Tennessee hopefully (and maybe finally) either this year or next year because I want to see both Memphis and Nashville because I heard they're both really cool and really fun places to visit. Although they are dangerous I heard, and I may also visit Kentucky too since it's just right above Tennessee and I live in Eastern Iowa so Kentucky would be on the way to Tennessee for me to travel to.
Hi Samantha, I just wanted to say that I just love this video as I think the home looks really great both inside and out but it could use a basement that could upscale the price to I would say maybe $700K-$900K with a bunch of fancy things added in the basement of course (although that would take a lot of difficult work to build an underground basement in a house that doesn't already have a basement but hey at least you would make more money off of that as a real estate agent). Also, I just wanted to let you know Samantha that I really like your channel because I like learning so much from you and you are just so sweet and lovely to listen to so please don't stop making videos!!
A hearty thank you to all Californians moving to TN, jacking up the prices of our homes, jacking up our property taxes, voting blue and gradually overcrowding and ruining our state. Stay where you are and fight to make it better.
Or just don't move here. You're responsible for the mess that you created. Stop driving up prices and trying to change things here. If you don't like it here leave... Kinda like you did California.
No offense but I’m getting tired of all these California people moving here. Everywhere you look now is houses and more house because people keep moving here from cali.
It sucks because I live in williamson County fairview tennessee and since like 2022 it's getting bigger and that means more people Californians get out!

Most D.R. Horton homes include a covered porch. However, I would check with the local sales agent in the specific community. D.R. Horton usually sells homes when they are close to completion so the covered porch is already included in the price (along with the home design and structural choices).
Based on the voting gender gap and where she's moving from, she will definitely be voting to screw over our state. Most billion dollar corporations are left leaning and they still don't learn. I wish her a warm welcome here but hope that inflation policies aren't carried with her.
Luckily for people who feel the same as you, they don't have to purchase this home. For others, living in a new home in a desired area is worth it! Just showing homebuyers what is out there! Thanks for your feedback!
I am so thankful for all of your videos and make it a point to watch all of them. You do the best job in camerawork, detailed information, and providing great info on Murfreesboro. This is an area that I have been investigating for retiring to in 2025. The fact that you relocated to TN and are able to provide relocation advice and guidance is such a plus and you will be a tremendous contact when I’m in position. Still doing much legwork in determining type of home I’m interested in. You provide a tremendous service for the masses especially those out-of-state.
