see these videos you should not be filming and sharing yourself speeding around in your car the police see it all they have crews of staff members whose only job is to scrape the internet for information on everyone so anytime you post they will eventually see you incriminating yourself braking laws.
I’m thinking of getting this baby for my first car, not sure if I’ll be driving it everyday, just to school and back and practice, but does 70-90k miles on a used one good for me? What should I look for, possible budget: $11k
The entire Demo crap ran state of Kalifornia is fvcked up. First, they want smog checks. Then every car has to have a catalytic converter ! ! ! Now, as of a few years ago, the state licensed SMOG stations don't even hook up the tailpipe sniffers anymore! They said the state doesn't require it and everything is done electronically via the OBD2 port ! ! ! So I guess theoretically, you can take off your CAT and sill pass smog ! ! !
Where did you get your front lip and spoiler? They both look great. Was wondering if it was a pain putting either of them on the car?I've seen alot of spoilers that they say fit end up not fitting at all and have to be modified and look bad afterwards.Yours looks good,clean...no gaps.
So how do you stop the z from burning oil? Do you know if ester oil from nissan does the same thing as high mileage oil im new 2 350z brought mines about 7months biw and im working on figureing all this out mines us 2006 vq35de touring model..thanks in advance
Your rings are metal, and always coated in oil. You cannot hydrate them, and they will not dry out. I mean unless you don't start your engine long enough for the oil to drain completely off of them. They'll get covered in oil a second after starting it though
The rpm would have been as helpful of Nissan to list as one listens to the engine, not watches the speedometer. Also, the tach is the prominent and most relevant gauge. I don't watch for the shift indicator, but maybe I'll set it low to remind myself. At $80 a tank in late 2024, prudence pays.
Wenas soy de argentina y miro videos porque mi sueño es tener un supra o rx7 r34 o 350z pero el que mas quiero es el 350z no se si cumplire tener ese coche 😢😢 me veo que no sere capaz
Dope af putting the spoiler a bit up. Way to think outside the box! It is working! I now think my fantasy Z would have this. I have 1 of the first 350, 350z's sold in North America. Werd. 20K miles. 2003. All original.....down to the brakes and tires. Too much to list.
Also: Legacy/heritage -maker and line history Appeal on release -either wildly popular like the 1970/73 240Z or massively hated such as 2003/06 Subaru Baja. Age car needs 20+ years before an inkling can be discerned Rarity -how many were made and how many are likely left Condition: would determine a given specimen's value.
They take your car? Take... like don't give you any money for it... just take? Oh-kay. I would just leave. And you can follow me with your black n white all you want, I will let you follow me all the way out of the state. You're not taking my car.
Change your tyranny fluid and run Mobil one but you have to run 1 oz of friction modifier for every quart of trans fluid if you don't your 6th gear will grind when up shifting. The friction modifier gives the synchros traction so the gears stop spinning while shifting up or down.
The RevUp has the ceramic dust problem as well? Mechanic today said my new, 112k mile 35th Ann compression numbers are a pair of low/mid160's on the #1 and #5, the rest equally at 170 or 172, Sucks weakest is on the #1, but them's the breaks. Plenum spacer might reduce future harm to #1 do you think?
"High mileage engine" can be defined as outright odometer reading regardless of age -or- odo/year -or- per previous owner year. I'm now third owner of my 35th Ann. The 1st drove it 7k mi/yr, 2nd drove 3k mi/yr. I average 5k myself over last 19yrs. Always buy a carfax -even if a dealer/owner says you can look at theirs.
Watching this before buying mine, I knew not to bother calling the dealer when 57 miles away on my way home my engine light flickered to life and is now on. My multiple include include misfiring.
Sep 2024: 35th Anniversary, single-owner coupe, yellow automatic, 69k miles, $14k Fontana CA. Base coupe 2005, Esoncdido CA, automatic, 200k miles, $6k. Bought my 35th Ann, manual, 111k for $12k in San Diego this week.
Yo man I really need to ask. I have found a banger deal on a 04 350z DE. Got BC racing coil overs, a custom front bumper, wing, cold air intake, and some nice black rims. 184k km (idk miles) But the only issue that its an automatic, are 350z automatics any fun and do you recommend them.
Hey man, obv I’m not Johnny. I got an hr as my first car, and I got it in an automatic. I can’t drive manual and really just learned how to drive in general, so the auto is plenty for me. However, if you’re an experienced car enthusiast and you’ve driven a manual car, it might leave a bit to be desired. It’s powerful and fun, but I think if I was accustomed to a manual, I’d find the automatic boring. I do daily it though, and the auto is 10000% better for daily driving
@@AlmondSchlatt-jc9on Yo thanks man. Yeah I am used to manual, and have found another 04 350Z with a few more miles but a nicer looking one. Has a bunch of qualitative upgrades to the motor to make the car run a lot smoother and healthier so I think I got a better deal.
I joined the Rev-up club today with 111k mile yellow 35th anniversary 6-spd over on the westside. The check engine light came on while driving it home. Ahh the joy of new old car ownership.
I bought my 6spd rev up a couple months ago. I got the check engine light a couple weeks ago for the left side exhaust cam sensor. Was an easy fix though
@@kotymccallister5150 Shy $5k in repairs last week included a bad coil pack and the engine light came on again last night. Going back to the shop tomorrow.
I'm in the market for a 350Z. I've had a 300ZX TT and a 370 so it's not a new platform for me. I know most people say the HR is the best but I can see benefits from all years. Any insight since you have a DE and an HR for what you recommend? Also forced induction is the goal. Love the videos!
Bro you turn like a selfish jerk. You're *always* supposed to turn into the nearest lane, not any lane you feel like. Cutting across lanes the way you do is a great way to get rear-ended. And Cali drivers wonder why they have such a bad reputation...
I have 2006 rev up 350 z can we talk about mods the best for fastest 0-60 Also I’m thinking do I need headers or not that a big question tbh but I have these so far Kinetic plenum manifold Injen cold air intake High flow cats isr Dual cat back exhaust rev9 What do you think I should add Headers bigger throttle body I need all opinions
