This is just adapting to the "recently" widely spread knowledge that bluffing is especially good when you hold the bottom of your range ( no showdown value). Ppl recognized this and overplay it. Given that, calling with bottom pair is not sick anymore..
Hey bro, I just subscribed to your channel because I was sent from the future to complete a mission: finding a tool to know if we are running good or bad! I think you are the one that can pull this off. GG
Hi Saulo. I have a doubt about your advice to bluffcatch the fish. Is it also true when they bet pot size or bigger? I mean, I'm actually overfolding vs pot bets of fishes when they B/X/B or in similar spots. Am I doing it wrong? (Im overcalling all bets less than a pot size bet).
Awesome content! Costed me a fortune to get to similar conclusions as in your video. Would be great to see more highlights of the hands played against maniacs!
I was watching the video, and then I noticed that the day was getting dark, the funny thing is that it was at the same time that it got dark here in my city too hahah
Good content. Am I seeing this correctly? Obviously, there is some editing and fast forwarding a bit. But I never see this many hands to play in a session like this. I can go almost a day without seeing all the quality hands you played. I'm more in awe of how many good hands you're getting and the fact that the flop isn't disastrous. Maybe I'm just that guy. Lol
10:17 What do you think about betting 1/10 pot here to have him call with weak hands / induce him to bluff-raise you? He might even be more aggressive against that size than against a check..
The thing about correctly defending the BB is that it can lead to making more mistakes postflop unless you are a top notch player. So the people who underdefend probably lose less by doing so..
Hey buddy. The site I'm playing on allows players to download hamd histories with all cards revealed. Its an anticheating thing. So I downloaded the hands and added the holecards in the editing
@@saulocostapoker Thank you for answering! And thank you for such illustrative videos! If you have a RU-vid channel in mind that explains this way Mtts let me know.
43:30 i'm wondering if you could've won the pot by shoving on river. Sort of weak value bet on turn from your opponent and check on river. He was a thinking player, as much as afraid of clubs and KT as you, probably could've folded a set on scarry board like this. Should've already re-raised turn to see where he stands. It could've been profitable session, seems like you just we're unlucky to bluff the wrong players in later spots who wasn't as thinking ....J9 bluff to calling station with two pair and the donk who called all in with pair of J
