As a Martial Art, Silat Fitrah enables us to defend ourselves and our loved ones. As a Life Art, it helps us to enrich the quality of these relationships.
In our Online Learning Community, we provide content 6 days a week. Our martial syllabus, focusing on Principles of Movement, includes strikes, kicks, takedowns, ground fighting and weapons.
Our Life Art focuses on applying Principles of Mind, including skilled attention-giving, decision-making, communication, self-awareness and emotional management, to everyday life.
This content creates a Library that Members visit in their own time, studying Silat Fitrah for their own reasons, adding value into their lives in their own ways.
We meet for Seasonal Weekend Training Camps in England. We also run Instructors Training Programmes.
