Great tutorial! There is a variety of delicious sides that go very well with labneh: fresh cucumbers, olives, scallions, mint leaves (fresh or dried), and of course, zaatar, garlic. Always drizzled with good olive oil. It's perfect if served as a "aroussah"- in a wrap or in a rolled, thin Lebanese pita bread.

My mother used to make this often. I have only made it a handful of times so here brushing up on recipe. I’m going to make this tonight. I wish I had some grape leaves, I really love rolled grape leaves too.

This is probably the best instructional video on making ma’amoul I’ve see so far! Quick question, if I’m using fresh medjool dates, how many grams of unpitted dates do I start with before making them into a paste? Thank you again for a great video!👍🏼

This recipe works! I am a first time mom living with my husband and my baby girl. I never cooked meghli in my whole life and decided to follow this recipe! It was absolutely delicious! I followed every step she said and thank God she used the American measuring cups and not a regular mug as I would have skipped the video! Love your meghli!❤

I understand what are you saying,I used to work in Lebanon,at first it was difficult for me to make that,until I've learned how to cooked Lebanese food, that's why madam and her husband really really like me , I really miss Lebanon specially they're food ❤

يسلمو ايديكي كتير طريقتك واضحة وانتي كتير مرتبي وصراحة اشتقت آكل منها لأن انا مغتربة وكنا ناكلها بلبنان كتير رزق الله بس عندي سؤال انا شفت حدا تاني حطو ماء الزهر يعني صرت محتارة شو الافضل ماء الورد أو الزهر ومرسي كتير 🌷🌷
