I don't know if you'll reply, but i would like to ask what exactly are switchbacks? Are they simply a toss of poi from one hand to the other or are they something else, or something more specific?
i think what defines them is the machanic of switching (swapping) your poi, via a toss where both poi end up in one hand at some point. So you need to at some point during the swap, be holding two poi in one hand. if you did a swap but both poi were thrown at once, and you only ever hold one poi in either hand at any point, it would be more of a juggle than a switchback.
So for the last two years or so I've been spinning pretty close to daily, sometimes for 8 hours or more. I'm so impressed at the work you've put in to this. I'm at a point where I can see most of what you're doing as you're doing it, but at where I'm at and at the rate I'm currently progressing at that's like year six seven or eight level stuff you're doing with a bonkers level of ease. Your point of view section is just sick... I don't know if I'm ill just from following maybe 80% of that and thinking about the umph it took to get there. Absolutely impeccable. Way to push the edge.
