@@BenCooperTech What I meant by torso movement is that while your poi are performing the switchbacks, you are moving the pattern around your body like a fountain. The fountain is 4 petals at the cardinal positions. (Up, Down, Left, Right).: - The left and right are antispin and inspin. - The top and bottom are stalls, but still act as petals for that part of the fountain.
