Love this! I am on a similar journey to heal my gut. Like you, I cant eat gluten, or dairy. I struggle the most staying hydrated and getting enough sleep. I have always been a big coffee lover but lately, I've been wondering if its not the greatest for the gut. I just cant imagine life without it!! Are you a coffee drinker? Also LOVEEE that top!!
Can i ask what time you normally go to bed at when you are getting up at 5am. I get up at 5.15am. As long as i get about 7 hrs sleep im good though sometimes its about 6.5hrs. Loved the video 💕

Just found this as a recommended video and OMG I'm in love! Still so new as a sub and seems like you're engaged/married and a mom but I cannot help that I'm honestly in love with you... Just wanna be honest and I just see this as a compliment! you're sooooo wonderful and so comfort! Really need a daily vlog like this one once a day. I would have no problems with daily grwm videos with skin care and hair care. And just listen to you. And of course some life updates like in this video. And you're soooo beautiful! You look very organised and I know it's not easy with a baby but you make it look easy😍 I love videos like these when it's a time lapse of your routine then you check in after some time then timelapse again. Hi Coach Megan ma'am! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I am a man tried this but could not even last 3 minutes and completely gave up 😟My MIL did this full lesson powerfully like you! She have wide powerful back, and like rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated
