Geiles Video! Ich hatte in den 90er Jahren einen Citroën Visa GT (GTi hatte den 1.6 Liter Motor aus dem Peugeot 205, gab's aber wegen Abgasvorschriften nicht in der Schweiz). Der hatte den gleichen 1360ccm Motor aber noch mit Doppelvergaser, 80 PS und 108 Nm. Die Werkangabe von 170 km/h ließ sich damit bei günstigen Bedingungen relativ zügig erreichen.
My Ducato van, on the German autobahn reached 184 km/h data from the GPS 😂 I think I can keep up with this wreck of a car. And for those who say: ah but in the 90s... NO, there was no competition with other hot hatches, it was just a car suitable for those who wanted to spend little. And aesthetically it has always been awful.

Ich liebe es auch wenn es frei ist, nicht zum zügellosen Rasen, sondern wenn die Piste frei ist, einfach mit Tempomat mit 160 durchrollen. Neverless, geiles Video vom Skoda, ein Auto aus meiner Kindheit. Toll dass solche Autos erhalten werden.
Blödsinn. Die E6X haben sowieso noch alle einen Kompressor mit variablem Hubraum was den Leistungsbedarf dramatisch verringert. Sie wollen jetzt ernsthaft behaupten der Klimakompressor zieht über 40 PS? Das sind 29kW oder etwa 200.000btu. Damit kühlt man locker 1000qm.
You have very nicely done videos. I like them. I would just like to point out that since you drive vintage cars so fast, always check your tires before you ride them to see if they arent 20 years old :-) Because then it can backfire very badly at 200km/h, because they just don't hold up. Fingers crossed ;-)
Hey could you maybe do a video of a Mercedes S63L V221 with Performance Package (571PS)? There’s really no videos on the Autobahn that I could find for that model! So I’d also be something unique
530d vs 535d feels a big difference, but because it is a diesel it was not blowing acceleration, but more sustain. Personally have lci 535d e60 sedan, stage 1. Very cool car, but be ready for a expensive maintenance compare to the price.
That 530d costs nearliy the same, since they're having the same issues. Exhaust-Gas return, intake bridge, crankschaft pulley, glow plugs and so forth , but you have less power and weaker brakes. Anyhow I prefer petrol engines, I would trade that for a 550i without thinking.
Fantastic car. It looks very good (despite being a combi) and the interior is luxurious, elegant and welcoming. As for the engine and gearbox, beyond great.
