I'm halfway through my 5th yr. I have about 35 more lbs to lose, but I have also noticed my blood pressure a little bit more than it's always been. Usually it runs n 120's /70's. For the last few months it's been around 130-135/80's. I've been to the doctor for other things & I said something, but they said it was ok. I have a watch & I chk it daily, but worries me. My Gma has high blood pressure. I'm on wk 6 though of doin little exercises. It has been workin wonderful. @Polykinetics tempo. 💜🖤💚🖤💙🖤
Have you been checked for sleep apnea? It can contribute to HBP. Try our Morphus ThymoQuin if you're not on any medications as research shows it can help to lower it. :-)
Thank you for this video, I’ve been experiencing the phantom smell for almost a year it will come and go but this month is to much,, I can always smell a smell of smoke,, I’m 34 years old this year I hope you can help me
Perimenopause can start anytime after 35 so it is possible it's a symptom. In fact, it was one of my first symptoms. I recommend speaking to your doctor to rule things out. Once it is confirmed it is in fact perimenopause, feel free to check out my site www.wearemorphus.com.
Moods, emotions and physical health are definitely all connected with the gut and sugar, my son has Autism, but he is also Type 1 diebetic. He can't have certain foods and if his pump graph is level he has way less emotional issues, he regulares his sensory overloads better and is his moods are way betrer. This is true of course for everyone. It is just obvious with my son.
I got a new "smart" watch,& I tracks my stress level which is very interesting 2 check throughout my day, especially when I'm super upset,or angry about something, I always see wht the numbers are. I kno its not 100% accurate, but it definitely is a great way 2 keep yourself accountable whn gettn steps,&active minutes. Breathing is an important & extremely helpful tool whn anxiety, stress, etc kicks in🫂🥰💚🖤💙🖤💜🖤
These two need to be more organized and succinct in what they are presenting. People don’t have time for long videos unless it’s clear and concise. This is also all info we already know.
I am 62 and have been having phantom smells for a couple of years. Currently like a burning rubber smell. I have also had a smell of acetone. No-one else can smell anything. Its just from inside my nose and it drives me nuts!
hmmm. I just re-watched the end of my interview and I honestly don’t know what you’re referring to. I asked all my questions and after 1:09 minutes of chatting with him I thanked him for bring on my show. not awkward at all. Did you enjoy the interview? I would have loved to see a comment about that instead since my goal was the bring you education and value. 😊
I cant smell, missing that piece of my brain. I am 44 an right when my husband left me i stopped menstruating. My gyno doesnt know why. Its like my body said that bleeding we dont know anymore. Hormonal i am still normal . I do have empty sella syndrome. Maybe it has to something to do wich each other? I do get night sweats but i am a big girl and have diabetes
I was looking forward to this, until you said you’re in menopause. Menopause is one day, marking a year since the last period. You spend time in perimenopause and post menopause, not in menopause. Those are the medical definitions.
@@wearemorphus all the medical sites I read on it state that menopause is the marker of the year, and post menopause is after. Yes, people commonly call it all menopause, but since this video seems medically based, I'm surprised to hear that misconception (pardon the bad pun LOL) 🤷♀️
Thanks alot this was helpful. Epically eating less calories is not the answer. If the insulin is high, you can't burn the stored calories /fat etc right ? The power of intermittent fasting and other fast. How to break them or start them when you say drink vinegar in 10 minutes before you eat carbs, can that be apple cider vinegar or regular vinegar? Or both of them helps lower? I'm used to hearing about apple cider vinegar. I don't usually use vinegar in years. For those that are fasting using coffee still without any sugar or cream or drinking green tea, is this to get the caffeine for energy? And is it not unhealthy to eat or drink caffeine so often? And what do you think about coffee enemas? Thanks I want to check out your other videos. I haven't watched you in a long time. Dr. Jason Fung . Thanks for the insight on the A1C. Also very important and what's the best way to keep track of our real insulin levels pricking herself everyday?

Yes, sweet taste way too sweet now. I'm so inflamed though in my feet and legs. I take potassium, that isn't helping. Took magnesium, that was working but sleep is disturbed and still sweat. Taking low dose HRT patch. I'm fasting now since last night at 10pm and it's 11:16 am, my legs and feet have gone down a bit (took a prune laxative to flush out fluid) but still puffy. Maybe I need to fast for a few days?! I eat meat snd veggies and some dairy. Try to stay clear of processed food and sugar.

Alway love to listen to dr.fung's science proof information over and over again. I wish i could magically drag all the "stupid" enfluencers to listen to him. 😂😂
I have started fasting from 7pm to 10am no chocolate no cakes no treats or snacking whatsoever I love salads anyway so when not fasting I eat healthy. I don’t miss treats at all I just remembered how I was reared my parents were never over weight. This is so easy basically eat fast and let your body burn off the fat and repeat. I have stopped blood pressure tablets and cholesterol tablets and have never felt so good. My clothes all fit now I never weigh myself as clothes tell me if I am not burning the fat. This is the best diet ever as it naturally changes your eating habits and you don’t miss anything at all. Fantastic ❤
The negativity is changing though. It is moving from eating less to eating right! Unfortunately if you are already big eating right doesn’t create miracle all of a sudden
