My company @weareMorphus recently conducted research on women in the workplace and I was curious to see how many of us talk to our bosses and co-workers about being in perimenopause and menopause.
Here’s part one of the survey results: When we asked women if they shared how they were feeling with their bosses, 66% said no, and 28.7% said yes.
