I'm Ava, and I make tutorials in Blender and After Effects. Help me get to 1K subs 😊
I'm fairly new to both programs, so here you can follow my journey as I learn and improve and you can learn along with me.
As I was making quite a few Starting soon and Be Right Back screens while learning After Effects, I figured I'd upload them here so streamers can use them for free. But I've stopped making these and will not make more.
Subscribe to follow my journey, for some future fun animations and models and future tutorials. And I'd love to hear from you, so don't hesitate to say hi!
You can also check out my website: blameava.com And follow me on Twitter, Twitch and Instagram.
@@BlameAvaHey Ava, I'm heading back home on October 27th and I'm eager to learn Blender. Can you recommend some tutorials for me to learn Blender from beginning and progress to advanced levels? I'd really appreciate your suggestions.
I highly recommend Grant Abbot's well tutorial and sea shack tutorial. I learned so much from them and they gave me such a good foundation to build on to. There are lots of excellent tutorials out there, but I really like the way Grant structures his tutorials 😊
@@stormk-1130 Hmm, I'll have a look in Blender and see if I can replicate the issue. If you haven't tried it yet, Reddit has some great Blender communities where you can post blend files and get help to solve problems.
@@BlameAva Yeah im going to try that. cause idk wtf is going on man lol. Like i use nodes aready in shading i use nodes in compositing. Like why the f i cant render the emission of a simple letters LOL
Hi! Hope you found this tutorial helpful! You can find the tutorial on how to make the energy material for the glass orb here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KyoaMDyp7uk.html
Hahaha, you are too funny! Sorry, I've been away on a mini-vacation and I'm going away again on Friday. I'll try to post something before I go. Thank you somuch for your support 💜
@@BlameAvaI'm glad I could bring a smile to your face. Enjoy your next mini-vacation and don't rush to post anything, I'll be here when you get back. Safe travels! :)
Hi 💜 I actually had made one, but video was set to private. You can find the video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CKRH1VQVBaM.html
Hi! I'm so happy you like this. You can download this and the other BRB and starting soon screens from my Google Drive for free 😊 Here's the link to this one, and the matching BRB screen is saved in the same folder. It's called Be_Right_Back_Screen_Loop_Glossy_Metallic_Blue: drive.google.com/file/d/1Uu2ktVBM59MPhE_dJfh73s-nB8tmf2xS/view?usp=drive_link Happy streaming!
My internet connection has been down tonight, so I won't be able to upload the material tutorial for the animated glass today. I'll try to get it out tomorrow, if not it will be out on Monday. Hope you'll have a lovely weekend!
Im becoming a upcoming 13 year old streamer and I was trying to look for one of these or make my own but couldn't. needs way more views and way more love! thank you for helping me and making this masterpiece❤❤
Sadly RU-vid has decided to put ads om small creator's videos. Since I'm not partnered, I have no control over this and also make no money from this. Happy news though. You can get the file for free with no ads in the video description.
Hi! Sorry for the incredibly late reply. The link should be in the pinned comment. And it's also here: drive.google.com/file/d/1-XD4_XYV7ErJbjI8iGqhrNPs5VUDAVb2/view?usp=drive_link There's also a matching Starting Soon screen in the same google drive folder.
Thanks for the explanation, but if I may, How can I add two different forms of lighting and add them to me compositing Each one has a different effect.. Because when I add the second form?, the effect doesn't happen each one differently, they are affected together by all the changes, please
Hi! Someone in the comments suggested trying this method instead: "all you need to do is to set the Color Space of the Image Node from sRGB to Filmic sRGB ... this will create a bloom effect for the bright color, just the way it happens in Evee..." Maybe that will help with your project?
@@BlameAva No, for example, I want to add different effects on two cubes left in compositing when I work render shows the effects that I put in the first Cube are the same in the second cube and I want each cube shows a certain effect different from the other I tried a lot and did not succeed the effects show me the cubes with the same
@@Archit_design I see. I don't know if there's a way to make this method work like that. My best suggestion is to go to the Blender reddit and ask there. Sorry I wasn't able to help!
Hi there! If you can't make it work, maybe try this method that was suggested by someone in the comment section: "all you need to do is to set the Color Space of the Image Node from sRGB to Filmic sRGB ... this will create a bloom effect for the bright color, just the way it happens in Evee..." Hope that helps
Hi, I'm making a animation, and I want to have this bloom effect in cycles, but do I have to do this step everytime for all the frames I have? It would be tons of work though, I have over 3000 frames. Are there any way to view bloom effect in the viewport for cycles?
Hi, sorry for the very late reply. I hope you already figured it out, but if not, it should work for the whole animation. At least I've made it work when I render animations as .pngs. I adjusted the settings using one frame in the animation as a reference, then when I rendered the whole animation, every frame got the same composition nodes. If that doesn't work, you can try this method suggested by someone in the comments: "Set the Color Space of the Image Node from sRGB to Filmic sRGB ... this will create a bloom effect for the bright color, just the way it happens in Evee." Hope that helps. Best of luck with your animations :)
Here's a link to the song. It's by artist Sappheiros, and it is free to use for personal and commercial use: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G-NJnlzYBNg.html
@@BlameAva yeah, i saw in the comments....and got fooled cause In This Moment is a rock band and was surprised they put out a song that wasn't like their other stuff but I had it backwards, Sappheiros is the band and In This Moment is the title. Regardless, Twitch muted the section where it played and I wasn't aware the song was in the video loop.
thank you for the tutorial, I've been suffering with my picture for a very long time and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong on RU-vid, it turns out everything is simple, you first need to make a renderig and then modify it🤩😘👍
@@BlameAva I found that it can be done with a volume material, mixed with a noise texture woth some extra nodes. So, it is not hard, more controlled and probably more realistic, but a render time is bigger.
Happy you found this helpful :) I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Do you want to see the effect without having to render first? The Composition section is where you can edit images or film in Blender. It can be any image, like imported pictures. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding what you're asking for :)
@@BlameAva Thank you for taking time and replying me. I was asking if I can pan or orbit around the object while the bloom effect is on? It's like we're switching to wireframe, solid, material preview and rendered so that we can move around the object to capture a better view and render it. I hope you understood
@@VIIARK Ah, I see! This effect is added to the pictures, not to the models/scenes themselves, so no, it will not work when you move around the workspace. You will have to render each position, then add the compositing node to see the effect. I do wonder if there are other ways to add glare that would work in real time. Maybe someone in the comment section will know :)
@@BlameAva Oh I see! It'll be hectic to add glare/neon effects everytime invidually. Thank you so much the reply, Continue your sketching if possible :)
but it doesnt work for alpha, once you export it as PNG secuences, and import them into a software like premiere, there won't be gloom effect, hm, do you know any way to fix it?
Honestly, this is really nice and I love it. You are awesome for making this I'm going to use it for Obs and if Anyone asks where it's from then you get the credit as you should
