I know that sports exercises are hard, but they are important. When doing sports, they have a huge risk of getting hurt. Doing these drills, it does not take away the risk, but it reduces it.

Turned out that the BLM scammed everyone and made (hundreds of millions?) USD donations disappear. Turned out that in the name of Floyd the rioters did violence, looting, arson, and like 60+ counts of murder. Turned out that the BLM used racist rhetorics, attacked people because of race, had insane racist demands, etc. When Floyd died, BLM had a net 24% majority support. But after all their scandals, now they have more opposers than supporters.
