Big_B They aren’t great. I’d even get an A1000 over a 44 custom series. I’ve had my custom series for 6 months and the fingers holes feel super stiff. Whereas other brands start feeling nice and soft inside after a while. And that’s not because it’s not broken in. It is. It’s a nice glove. Just the fingers feel really uncomfortable to me. Idk. I definitely regret not spending 50 dollars more on a heart of the hide or a2000. Which I ended up just doing anyway. Since I got my a2000 I don’t use my 44 for anything but practice. They also market their gloves as 150$ bucks but they come out to over 200$ with their bs flat rate 25$ dollar shipping cost and tax. I also live an hour from their headquarters and it’s 25 bucks to ship? If they had gave a pickup option I would have done that. Total bs. Also, it takes 4-6 weeks, normally 6 to get. Which is a pain. But it’s custom so it’s understandable. What I wanted wasn’t anything special so if they had base models ready to go that would also be a lot better. While I don’t think the quality is bad I don’t think it’s even worth 100 bucks. If they were around 75-90 bucks with shipping im sure I’d be singing a different tune. But for 200$, no way. And again this is just my opinion. I’m sure kids are super stoked to customize their gloves every which way possible for 200$ bucks. I just don’t think the overall quality of the final product is on par with the bigger companies for the money.
