I've had an asymmetry of eyelids and eyebrows since childhood, but before it was completely imperceptible, there was practically no asymmetry. And now it's the other way around, my asymmetry has become very strong, one eyelid hangs on me, due to the fact that one eyebrow is located below the other. I don't like it very much and it bothers me, because of this I can't colour my eyelids the same way, because of this they turn out different. In general, my face is symmetrical, but my eyes and eyebrows ruin everything.. I'll be doing this exercise for a week, and then I'll decide whether I should continue to do these exercises or not.
ahmmm today is September 30, 2024. First time seeing this video, so I'll gonna try it because I am conscious how my face is asymmetrical. I'll comeback here and share my experiences through out this exercise.
I saw results in a week (I was also doing intermediate fasting) had to leave it because people started being so concerned about how my face started becoming more defined (hollow cheeks)

hi thank you bro for your comment. There aren't any exercises to increase fat on the face, at least not that I know of. However it is easy to increase fat on the face and it is simply by gaining weight. This is the most direct and effective way to achieve your goal. When it comes to sharpness, doing facial exercise and weight training helps also to build a sharper impression as neck muscles develop when you do compound lifts like Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Military Press etc.

Can you do this with an all on 4 after your jaw was wired shut due to a cheek bone fracture? My implants moved forward post surgery 70k down the drain? I'm pissed for fainting and falling down 13 stairs right on my face

My face was once symmetrical but due to severe stress and depression as a teenager changed the shape of my face to asymmetrical 😢 I was very embarrassed when taking pictures with my family or friends because they all had symmetrical faces whereas I didn't, completely destroying my confidence...
