Btw for the chocolate at first you did really good the knefah was perfectly brown but for pistachio you're supposed to use pistachio butter mixed with white chocolate not some paste or cream and when you added the knefah to the chocolate you need to make it straight so that when you add chocolate on top it won't be toooo thick but you still did good for a first time
