It's quite silly to paint intricate artworks on pillars and beams on a highway that you only speed across with not much time to pause and admire. Rather have such paintings done to structure within cities.

I think most yaha ye corrupted politician hai jo kam hone nahi dena chahte hai. Yaha se to Maharastra ke cm ka beta bhi hai sansad but wo bhi kuch try nahi karte hai ki yek kam ho. Yaha ke log hi pagal hai jo bahar ke logo ko sansad ya mla banate hai local neta chuno na jo tumhri bate sune. Agar nahi sunta hai to next time usko hata do. Ham kab tak wait karte rahenge metro,road aur so many projects jo kalyan dombivli jasi area ke jaruri hai..
Why do you need 8 phases for 30km? This is purely held up by corrupt builders, contractors and politicians. They are all crooks swallowing ordinary tax payers money. If you are building 3 km per day (as claimed by BJP), it should take 10 days. May be 3 months max to address unforeseen developments. These contractors have no intention of completing the project. The politicians and contractors are using it as slush fund to swindle public money.
