To mind, it’s still practice stage. In production stage students take the target language and use it in CONVERSATIONS they structure (ideally) and use it to talk about themselves or their daily lives or situations. In this exercise they should just show they know how to change the main verb.
@@user-nh7gp4iu2o Anything can be made “production” if you change the task. For example, in the game above if the task is “Make a +,-,? statement about your day yesterday”, it will be productive because they can use any vocabulary making this sentense
Today I started the lesson with "Today is a beautiful day, because....". It was a nice start to nice conversations. I think I'll use it once a week. Thank you, Jennie.
Thank you for this comment. I am a non-native speaker so I looked up this word in the dictionary before writing the script for the video. According to the dictionary, these words are synonyms and are interchangeable. Could you kindly explain the difference?
@JennyWhite555 Hi Jenny, as a 45 year old native speaker, I've never used nor heard another native use eatable over edible or uneatable vs inedible. It might be in the dictionary, but it's not in common use and sounds unnatural.

Thanks for the video! I've always liked this activity for an icebreaker, and I've also done some twists on it as an emotional intelligence activity for homeroom classes, a way to form groups, and other conversation activities. Great way to have people move around physically and laugh together.

Hello and welcome to the channel! I really like your idea! I think it can be done not individually but with other students. For example, 5x5=25. Students will toss the ball saying parts of the sentence: Student 1 - five, Student 2- by, Student 3- five, Student 4 - is, Student 5 - twenty-five 😍
