After you role out of bed, prepare a bottle of Water, a tablespoon of moisturizing conditioner, a few drops of a light penetrating oil, and a few drops of apple cider or coconut vinegar. Coconut vinegar has less of a smell. Get fancy and boil herbs like nettle, rosemary, drop a little oil in there. Spray your head and scalp with this before you head out. It will keep you locs or twists juicy and nourished. until you next wash.

I liked that he mentioned gestation period around 6:05 because it really seems like it takes as long as pregnancy to get the locks going. I might have started my freeform journey a month ago with minimal combing and only afro styles. May or may not be 2 months pregnant so I'll have 2 things to look out for early in 2025! ❤🎉
