Sorry to say that the Indus Valley people were dark skinned Dravidians. The forefathers of the Aryan’s of north India and Pakistan were living in caves and were nomadic wen the Indus people created magnificent cities. The language of Indus people are so different from that of indo Aryan languages. This is true in the case of the worlds first three civilisations- Sumerian, Indus Valley and Egyptian. So, there is no takers of Indus civilisation now. Even the name of India is going to be disappeared … Sumerians are no more, no successors, Egyptians are gone and no successors now, Indus Valley people are gone and no successors for tat civilisation as well. But I cherish those dark skinned people for their aristocratic nation building… which the region was never able to cope with in the following four thousand years.
