True, I can agree, the cravings for sugar stop and you barely notice at all. By then you can easily decide if you want a sweet treat or not and not go all crazy for it. I've seen positive results by decreasing the amount of sugar in my diet and I am happy about it. Thank you all for sharing your experience's.
Dude that dehydrator is complete junk. No temperature control, no timer. My God, man. Get the wallet out and buy Excalibur or Cosori. You can get a decent Cosori for $99. At the very least buy a Nesco. I’m embarrassed for you.
Onions, garlic & tomatoes do not have to be refrigerated. The only time you would need to refrigerate an onion or tomato is you have a leftover piece after you cut it.
this is not logical and I wouldn’t encourage anyone not to eat natural fruits such as berries or even watermelon has a low glycemic count. refine sugar I would totally dump it however vitamins, minerals, proteins & carbs support each other to keep the body balanced. but zero natural sugars that not good
Tried cold showers. Love it. Absolutely exhilarating. Felt so much more energetic. I typically take cold showers when I want to feel more energized. 30 days straight, what a challenge but I could do it. I too am a hot shower person but definitely noticed a difference in taking a cold shower in a really good way. And love love love the healthy benefits ❤
Very inspirational. I also gave up sugar, but for longer--it's been 10 months now. 3 main things I've noticed: 1. Energy levels are very stable throughout the day. 2. Mind is more clear. 3. Losing fat is _much_ easier.
Day 31 5 mins no problem better than day 1 when I lasted 5 seconds. I feel so much better and I am hoping to find My brown fat is winning over belly fat
I quit sugar on April 23, 2023. I've lost 20 lbs and just so excited to wake up and get my day started!! I couldn't agree more with how you just don't get the same excitement for sweets. I've had it here and there with the fam, but for me having sugar multiple days in a row made it that much harder to go off again. I think it is best not to have it at all, if possible! Thanks for the work you guys do!
I've been slowly moving forward to the water head first than legs than splashing myself then diving in helps reduce the shock (it makes my head numb) she's got alot of bottle
Sugar and wheat make my skin especially my scalp itch like crazy, it elevates my anxiety and agitation, I get terrible mood swings, it kills my energy, and it makes me few hungover the next day. There is 0 reason for me to eat sugar and I have so many good reasons why I shouldn’t.
*I love watching keto grocery hauls for inspiration, and this one is no exception. Now I have a better idea of what to include in my own shopping list. Thanks for sharing!*
