The word is that Mr Obama bought a large property and used privilege to by pass policy/law by building a wall?? That allows for coastal area corroding? True?
Im currently at my tech school and I'm a reservist. I am trying to use my civilian income to get a VA loan however the time in BMT/ Tech doesn't count. So I am wondering if my upcoming 5 level upgrade training on Title 10 over 90 days (AMRT) would help me qualify for the VA loan eligibility ? Thanks!
This is great… Patrick assisted us in buying our “Palm Springs alternative”…Loving our Oahu dream home… All this proof we made the right decision and looking at the temps… Palm Springs 103° vs Hawaii Kai 79°… no brainier and sealed the deal! Mahalo nui Patrick for this and all your other videos that helped with our decision! 🌺😁🤙Aloha
Pat, also, refinancing a VA loan to a conventional loan once you’ve built 25% equity can help you avoid PMI and free up your VA entitlement for future use. You will have to teach managing property to those military folks, but keeping those properties with rising values is a great way to be financially competitive with their buddies in civilian sectors.
any reason why there are "as is" properties when it comes to condos where the exterior is maintained by the association? anything that could be hidden?
It’s a nightmare trying to ship your pet to Hawaii. You need your animal chipped, with the recordable chip number documented from your vet. Then your pet must have current up to date rabies vaccination, along with proper blood test. Then you have to pay all the fees that go along with it. Me and my wife lived in Oahu in the city of Mililani for about 14 months. She was stationed at Schofield during her last 14 months of service. We decided to leave our dog and cat home with our parents because it was a major hassle to bring them to Hawaii. They needed more documentation than we did, plus it was crazy expensive to bring them to Hawaii. But I can understand why Hawaii wants to protect and preserve their wildlife on the Islands,so no diseases break out.
It is definitely difficult which is why I made this video and I would suggest if budget allows it to hire a professional pet moving company. We do have a few out here.
