Wow… where was this video 6 months ago… oh that’s right we found Patrick in January when we decided to take the plunge… So happy we saw Patrick’s other videos and knew he was the agent for us.… we finally made the journey out from the east coast just to tour “perspective neighborhoods” with him and actually found a great opportunity in a home that we loved and after Patrick gave us the facts on the property and it’s comparables etc. it sealed our decision. We made a smart offer against competing bid and won!
