Owned and operated by Lindsey Hanahan, a Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst (CLMA), has a BA in Dance and a Graduate Certification in Movement Studies from the University of Utah/IMS. She is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist (RSMT), and a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher (PMA-CPT).
We're both ONLINE and IN-PERSON.

Yes, and I just saw the title error. This is the Pfilates protocol by Bruce Crawford, MD, and I've created an 8-week pelvic floor educational class based on the protocol called Functional Pfilates and this is one of the videos we've created to support the class participants.

MOVE Studios Thank you for replying! I’m personal trainer. Actually I got time to learn something because of Corona virus. And I noticed this is good to get a different type of client. I’m Japanese and living in Japan. I wish I could take your class in person:) Once again, thank you.

@@taka1862 Well, if you'd be interested in taking it remotely, it looks like my 6:30pm class would start at 9:30am the next day in Japan, so that would be Weds at 9:30am if you wanted to join us. Starts Sept 15 here. I taught it completely online in the spring and it was very successful!

Remember to stay strong gals.
