I have been unable to get someone to fit the special wheel bolts that come with the Fullstop Nemesis plus kit I purchased with my new campervan. Worse, the Fullstop Security local agent in Dereham Norfolk (Greentrees Caravanstore) refused to fit the bolts (I would gladly have paid) because I did not buy the unit from them. I took the bolts to Kwik Fit with the supplied adaptor but they declined to fit them because they had no tools to take the adaptor that comes with the kit and this leads to a much more serious question. If you're driving a campervan or motorhome equipped with one of these and you get a flat, how do you remove the wheel bolts? If Kwik Fit can't do it, neither can a campervan or motorhome driver. What if you call the AA out or some other service organisation? They are going to have the same problem surely?

The adaptor supplied will fit any 19mm hex which every respectable garage / recovery service in the UK and Europe will have in their toolkit (including the 2 you have mentioned). Thanks for your comment. No they cannot. The grub screw holds the lock in position for ease of fitting for user, it's not a security feature. The lock can only be installed from one direction and cannot be removed whilst attached to the receiver bolt. The locking portion depth can be changed to fit almost all wheel types, the hex bolt holds the locking portion in position prevent the barrel from rotating, it's not a security feature. The locking portion cannot be removed from the shield plate once it's been connected to receiver bolt 🙂
does not fit airstream. Ecen some other brands, you will require major modifications. The company wilp decline return adter 7 days and will charge 20% restocking fee even when returning in within 7days, of course you need to pay return shipping cost. think twice before making this purchase.

Hi Carol, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately Quattro Caravan Mover electronic systems are only compatible with Quattro and EM4446 caravan movers. I would suggest contacting Riech directly for the availability of spare parts :)

I have a titanium and this model of remote. It pairs fine, but then when I come to use the mover the next time, it has upaired again. Batteries are fine in the handset and the caravan is only a year old. Any suggestions?

If you think you may buy another van later, leave plenty of spare cable as the new van may not have the controller fitted in the same position. and require longer cable.
Hi Paul - this gives maximum flexibility when installing the lock, eliminating the need to have the wheel in a certain position when fitting the lock. Standard wheel bolts are replaced with titanium receiver bolts which is where the lock locates into in under 10 seconds!

I remember hearing about these years ago and I figured they would really take off, but they seem to have barely a presence online and the products are either "Out of Stock" or on "Back Order" on their website. I am interested but it doesn't inspire confidence in the product or company.
