Hi, I can get both lights on remote and control box, but they won’t they won’t pair for some reason? Any suggestions please. Many thanks in advance

Thanks for your comment! Sounds like if the handset is paired correctly, that this may be an issue with the transmitter. I would suggest giving our UK HQ a call and speaking to our support team who will be able to troubleshoot the problem with you. 01473 601200 - Monday - Friday, 9 until 5. Many thanks

I have a titanium and this model of remote. It pairs fine, but then when I come to use the mover the next time, it has upaired again. Batteries are fine in the handset and the caravan is only a year old. Any suggestions?
