I just had to move my lovesac again for the second time since I bought it. I cannot tell you how much it infuriates me that you don’t have a better solution than this garbage. I injured my back trying to do it and I had help! ThisThis solution sucks. And until you fix it, everyone who comes into my home who sees that I have one I’m going to tell them not to buy one. It’s infuriating.
This was a disaster, someone in the showroom should have warned me that professional assembly is required. Imagine 20+ VERY LARGE boxes showing up in your driveway instead of a sofa. I had to hire a handyman just to dolly the boxes into the garage. The handyman wasn't able to put the sofa together by himself so I ended up hiring a second handyman and it took them two days to put it together, costing me $800. BUYER BE WARNED!!!
These videos are super helpful!!! Thank you. I was not able to put clamp between the two pieces of L where the short and long side are. In the video, it seems doable, for me, they are too far apart to clamp. But it is stable with shoes.
Regretting our purchase as well!!! Back pillows needed to be replaced twice already and the seat covers seem like they’re going to rip when trying to take it off for washing! Such a waste of money
Hey Mr. Inventor! I just cancelled my 5K order. 2 days after ordering. Why? Cuz I was getting bad vibes from reading all the poor reviews of ppl having problems putting this together. One woman said she went to physical therapy afterwards. Ah No thank you. Like buying a Lamborghini and telling customers, your engine will be delivered at a later date and you will be installing it. After speaking to the manager, he expressed the same concerns customers have. Maybe you need to go to college to learn about customer service. I give you an F!
I'm looking for a new sofa, the only thing I have a concern about is height. As a 6'0 tall person with 21inch thighs, how will the sofa help with making sure my legs, hips and back are supported? Any tall people care to chime in?
Just did this with the bigone(the giant one) with a shop vac. Took about 5 mins with myself and my husband. Still big once in the bag and it expands some but pretty easy to do.
I bought one of these for a ridiculous amount of $ only to find out they dont even set it up for you....that's on me but I just assumed for almost $10k someone would set it up..
Price 1/5, concept 5/5, concept in practice 2/5, comfort 5/5. After spending 7 grand and 4 hours of set up time, cut fingers just to put this thing together to take off the covers again to clean the blood off them. Overall recommendation of this product is a 1/5. If this company actually cared about their customers they would send a crew to set it up. I could only imagine if I was out of shape attempting to set this product up. Looking forward to putting a formal video together for you all! :)
The chargers are a gimmick, they're 5watts and don't really charge your device... but they heat them up very well which shuts down the phone from charging.
Just got mine Lovesac has 30% off for Memorial day. 3k off of 10k which is why I got them. 8 seats is absolutely huge for 4 of us. But love them, Definitely worth every penny and time to unbox and set them up.
I went to a lovesac store and was loving it and really wanted to get one. After I went online to set one up, I realized how much they were. $4k for just 3 seats/sections at base price was extreme overkill. If I were to get the couch I wanted for my space, it would go over $8k.

Dani meticulously managed every step of the process, demonstrating an impressive ability to anticipate and address any questions or concerns I had. As for the sectional selection process, I must commend the staff at the NW 23rd showroom in Portland, Oregon. They assisted my wife and me in devising a layout based on measurements we provided. We explored various materials and options, and what truly sets this company apart is their generous 60-day exchange policy, which allowed us to make adjustments according to our evolving needs. Despite an initial hiccup with the chosen material not quite matching our home lighting, Dani's attentiveness and the company's exchange policy enabled us to find a perfect solution. Notably, Dani even adjusted the showroom lighting to replicate our home environment, ensuring our satisfaction. One of the reasons we decided to go with Lovesac is the flexibility offered by their individual pieces. This allows for ease of potential replacement of covers if there's a stain or damage from pets. Moreover, if our style changes over time, we have the option to rearrange, purchase individual cushions, or buy a whole new cover set without needing to replace the entire sectional. This flexibility makes it a great long-term investment, especially considering that sectionals are timeless pieces that never go out of style. We could even transform it into a couch and loveseat later on if desired. Moving forward, I'd like to offer a couple of suggestions to the company. Firstly, I recommend exploring the possibility of integrating a recliner seamlessly into existing sectionals. While I love my couch, I do miss the comfort of a recliner. Additionally, offering a standalone wireless phone charging option, separate from the complete sound system, would be a welcome addition. Overall, my experience with Lovesac NW 23 has been outstanding, largely thanks to Dani's exceptional service. I'm thrilled with my sectional and look forward to future innovations from the company.
I order one that's length is 150cm and width is 75cm I hope its the same Suze as yours and what filling should I fill it with cuz the filling is expensive it needs 10kg filling
Literally shrunk a moviesac in 14 minutes with an old shop vac. Me and my sister were able to do this without any other help! I'd recommend buying one size up on your shrink kit if you're thinking of shrinking your sac, if you can, because it gives you some wiggle room in the shrink sac itself for your lovesac. As of right now, all the kits are the same price: $65. Biggest take away from the experience? Put the nozzle directly on the canvas of the sac and wait. Reshape as you go and keep in mind it'll take on air again once you put it in the duffle bag, don't freak! This is not sponsored in any way just love my lovesac enough to keep it while in transition from place to place. If you have the time, patience, another person and some earplugs, you can totally get this project done!
This video is very helpful. The first seat was a challenge because I’d never done it before but after the second or third it was smooth as silk. I may even advertise on thumbtack or angi as a Lovesac assembly person since so many people seem overwhelmed.
