Low quality couch and poor customer service. Buyer beware, these couches are cheap. Cushions sag and aren't really that comfortable. Always needing to reposition the cushions due to slippage. Never again
@@BoomerPlusUltra not true. And we bought ours during COVID and when Lovesac was having quality issues with their supplier with their cushions being underfilled. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing, I had rude customer service and tried to give me a lousy 30% off ONE cushion. Anyone who sits on our couch I tell them to not buy from Lovesac. Terrible product and customer service.
Horribly uncomfortable product. Insanely difficult to put together. They did not tell us that we'd have to wrestle the parts out of the boxes and then assemble with strange "shoes" that linked sections together. Once linked the pieces moved around and did not keep sections in place. We ultimately decided to return the "Sactional" because the fabric felt rough, the cushions were hard and we just did not like it. Return-Repacking these things is ridiculous. It was akin to wrestling a hippopotamus. We could only manage one every other day. I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT OR SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE.
