San Jose needs a well staffed SJPD.💙🖤 Voters need to explicitly know the criteria that will achieve a well staffed SJPD, and we need to collectively advocate for that for our San Jose. Lay people need to know the most influential reasons (1) SJPD officers quit SJPD, (2) other police departments are better employers & work environments, (3) why an officer would be motivated to apply and stay with SJPD, and (4) why an officer would be motivated to stay in the profession until retirement. For example, in the context of nursing, a study of 200 hospitals showed that four of the most influential criteria reported by 150,000 nurses are: (1) toxic culture, (2) organizational support, (3) compensation, and (4) workload. Among the 4 top criteria, Toxic Culture was the most commonly reported problem among nurses who resigned from their employer. Also, Toxic Culture was the most commonly reported problem post-pandemic.

Seeing who is lying without fear of consequence is an exhausting act [gang] leaders; adapt to not addressing, yet still do. At times, older members, display gratitude to a leader by lying for years. Lol, 1:20 try jumping over 2 walls that high to outrun police....., but to be honest I just want to go to a police training station and blow it UP, heheheh, I know they're deal is to stop natural human order from rising but i really would like to see some blood spilt, i really think it isn't fair, shoot a cop = life in prison, kill a cop = execution, so i'm guessing a cops life is worth 1 to 100
I've actually thought of being in the military, than i thought it sucked ass because they fight to clean up past messes, then i thought joining the police force, but i later on found out Military, Fire rescue, Police Force, are my other 3 fetishes, and i love being bad also not pretty sure if i can be a cop with 4 arrests, 2 felonies, and locked up twice..... and is very easy to out run police, i ran last Saturday, gets you very tiring but since only 3 were on to me i got away easily before it started to escalate.
