Thanks for the helpful comparison, as apparently I'm not the only one trying to decide be the two cities for my next visit. Such a gorgeous couple, too.
You guys need to head back to Sausalito in September, they offer a one day tour of many of the homes and it's quite incredible ( go in the morning), the tour was pretty reasonable and a lot of fun, you'll meet kind and interesting people and the homes run an incredible gamut of sizes, styles, ages and $$$, go
Sleeping in your car is NOT legal in San Francisco. It’s tolerated in certain non-residential areas by semi-homeless people but if you want to do it as a tourist in a residential area you’d better be very discreet. And if it becomes a thing (as a result of viewers follow your advice) you’ll definitely see some enforcement. Just get a hotel. There’s lots and they’re still far from full most of the time.
I haven't been to either, but just off research, I think I would like Charleston more, even though so many people say it's a tourist trap. Like you guys said, Savannah seems a mix of old and modern, while Charleston seems more like a traditional colonial city. Although in Savannah, the historic mansions seem much better preserved. A lot of the ones in and around Charleston, are dilapidated and don't have furniture. But Charleston does seem to have more to see in and around the city. But on the flip side, you can day trip to South Carolina from Savannah too. I also read Savannah has more crime than Charleston.
Food looks nice and interesting, but wtf is it with those taste descriptions? You're less articulate than toddlers, ffs... "teste like pizza" "taste like vinegar" 🥴
If the Brits & French did not destroy the Old Summer Palace (Yuan Mingyuan) in 1860, it would be as impressive as the Forbidden city today. It took 3 generations of Emperors to build, 3 times the size of Versailles palace, but took 3 days only to destroy by European colonial powers. Lot of the precious gems, relics, and artifacts were looted from the Old Summer Palace and are now on display on museums in Europe & US. Rich Chinese businessmen had to spend billions to buy it back from the thieves's descendants. You should read Victor Hugos' response to the destruction of the Old Summer Palace. He was one of the witness of the British-French Expeditionary Force that lay siege to the palace. I find it funny that US & EU always say China is a threat to the world, but so far history have shown that they are projecting onto China what they themselves have done to others in the past. Chinese Ming Dynasty have already set sailed to Africa and all over SE Asia in early 15th century (Zheng He's Treasure Fleet), but they've never colonized any of those countries. They've traded with all these countries they've visited. They traded silk, tea, porcelain, lacquer ware, and gold for rhinoceros, giraffes, zebras, muir, spice, gems, and other exotic goods. This is several decades before the first European Explorer (Vasco Da Gama of Portugal) visited modern-day Kenya. The Chinese were already interacting & trading with Africa in 14th & 15th century, but China never colonized them
Too much bla bla. This is not comedy guys. Two incredible persons, it could be a very nice video but so Dumb. Less talking show more. You know people are so tired. But I still love you two.
flying fox, (genus Pteropus), any of about 65 bat species found on tropical islands from Madagascar to Australia and Indonesia and in mainland Asia. Most species are primarily nocturnal. Flying foxes are the largest bats, some attaining a wingspan of 1.5 metres (5 feet) with a head and body length of about 40 cm (16 inches).
I rented cars in Bulgaria three times. I always though, this is suspiciously cheap.... something is going to happen... but then nothing happened haha it was a good decision
