Omron Healthcare has been designing state of the art blood pressure monitors for over 50 years. And today, our passion to empower people to take charge of their health - using precise technology in the comfort of their own home - still beats strong.
Our philosophy of accuracy and accessibility also extends into a wide variety of fitness monitors, electrotherapy pain relief products and respiratory devices. Helping improve everyone’s ability to live healthier is, quite simply, the heart and soul of our purpose. Today, and well into tomorrow.
Please hire next-time models who can speak. Narration for a user guide would be helpful, especially for older people. The most important point is not mentioned. If you hold it only totally vertically, it stops working after a few breaths; it has to be tilted horizontally towards you in regular intervals; otherwise, the fluid will not be nebulized. So, the claim that you can use it in any position is nonsense. Next time, please make a How-To Video that practically shows and narrates a realistic use case.
The readings are nowhere even remotely as clean as those shown in the advertising everywhere, in my opinion this company should be investigated by the FTC, never again will I purchase any of their products, having used both 3L and 6L and no matter how still the readings will always have enough artifacts in them to make them very difficult to read, and some of those artifacts have similar patterns to some heart conditions. A true ECG will use chest leads, proximity to the heart for better and more accurate readings, I consider this product a toy and I am shocked people are relying on it, even doctors.
Is my device suppose to be on or off to start with? The instructions that came with it says off and your video says on? All I get is o FF on the screen and it won’t pair.
It was working fine and now it is "not available in my country" (USA). I haven't even had it 6 months and now I'm back to pencil and paper to keep track of my readings. Terrible company and I will make sure to avoid all of their products in the future.
I'm confused. My doctor assistant told me my arm should be bent upward as shown on the small picture on the cuff (white square). But the video shows you should lay your arm flat. Which one is correct?
Yes, I am so frustrated. I’ve been doing this a half hour on and off on and off on and off and I’m tired of it. Your product just went from OK to worse.
Trying to sync your BP 786N “legacy model” is NOT simple. It has been a frustrating nightmare since I bought it. I have had to email customer service at least twice and days later get a response only an IT guy could understand.
I have a “legacy” model BP786N. When I hit the sync/clock/transfer/zigzagline button, I just see the word “off” flashing. Then it stops flashing. What is happening?! No zeroes. No Ps.
Omron makes great devices and has morons working in connectivity. Impossible to connect with anything despite claims of Bletooth and equipment compatibility. Useful as stand-alone unit only.
Unable to get bp7455CAN to pair with iPad. Does anyone have a solution. 1-800 service is closed on the weekend. Did anyone get their iPad to pair after commenting here?
Omron! Great product, but implement rechargeable batteries with USB-C, or give us the option to put a USB-C charge pack in, like an XBox controller in the event that the batteries degrade enough.
I got mine today. The quick start guide tells you to place the cuff on your upper LEFT ARM, why is the manufacturer in the video placing the cuff on the right arm ??
