Please hire next-time models who can speak. Narration for a user guide would be helpful, especially for older people. The most important point is not mentioned. If you hold it only totally vertically, it stops working after a few breaths; it has to be tilted horizontally towards you in regular intervals; otherwise, the fluid will not be nebulized. So, the claim that you can use it in any position is nonsense. Next time, please make a How-To Video that practically shows and narrates a realistic use case.

I've previously owned the U22 model of this nebulizer and found that the mesh cap eventually completely clogged, even after diligently cleaning it as recommended in this video. Is the U100's mesh cap substantially resistant to fouling, unlike the U22?

I just bought this, and when we clean it there’ll be clog for sure. I use it only once and now I’m completely clueless why the medication easily get leaked and the mesh easily get clogged. This unit is so expensive. I wish it can last for such a long time😭

Hi Arlene, are you referring to an E4 reading on one of our blood pressure monitors? If so, receiving an E4 error code means that a vibration occurred during the reading that caused a disruption (such as talking or moving). To fix, remain still, do not talk, and retake the reading.
