Your body essentially cancels out ph ratings in water, it’s like paying for premium gas when your car can run on E-85, unless your engine requires premium gas, you’re just wasting money. The human body doesn’t really benefit from alkaline water like that. It’s just a waste of money unless you like the taste of it. My cousin gets their water delivered, it was the best water I’ve ever drank, wish I could recall what brand, I’ll be sure to ask when I see her again
I like that you gave real experience feedback. I ordered Dr. Sebi's products years ago and never gave it a real chance. I am at the point where I'm tired of my body and the limitations that have hindered me from being my best self. I am ready to give it my full efforts. Listening to you has added to my motivation to succeed. I will be turning 67 in a few days and I have this 37 yr old lady trapped inside me just fighting to get out and live again. I've lost a lot and gained a lot. I've worked so hard to help others reach their call in life. Now self care is no longer an option. Thank you again for sharing. 😂Yes ppl can make changes away from 100% vegan ro vegetarian to plain wholeome meat starch foods. Its just preference. The fasting is important to deny yourself food whether its called detox or cleansing. A cardiac surgeon was asked to return after a year on retirement cuz they the hospital needed him to perform heart surgeries at 94 years old and steady hands. The surgeon revealed being vegan for half his life and looks much younger than 94. Of course daily prayer, repentance to the Almighty should be highly considered. 😂😂😂🎉Lol
I see this video is about a year old , but thank god someone finally said it!!! At one point I followed Dr. Sebi’s “electric “ vegan” way of eating. And by the way , I don’t think he was a real doctor. Anyways, yeah, I just was over it, after a while. And it bothered me the way our people acted like he was some sort of god” Some of them even called themselves “ Sebians”. I didn’t want to be associated with that. I agree with you. Just listen to your body and do what you know is right for you. At the end of the day we’re all gonna check up out this place anyways. If I want yo eat a piece of meat, dang it , I’m going to eat it and enjoy life 🙂 Blessing
