Hi, I made the tortillas and they turn out pretty good. Made them a bit thicker as I need to practice my rolling but the flavor is there. Very excited about it as I was looking forward to making this with Spelt Flour. I will definitely make them again. Thank you for the recipe.

I’ve just made this pizza for dinner and it was SO good! I’ve never made anything with lentils before or anything vegan, so was a bit anxious about what it would be like, but it was delicious. It was so much easier than making a yeast dough and still made a pizza that you can pick up and that holds up to lots of sauce and cheese. Thanks for this.

where is the damn flavor?! salt and pepper is not enough flavor, love. you need garlic and onion powder, chili powder or flakes, chop up a onion and bell pepper and cook them in a teaspoon of oil before adding the apple juice or chicken. but creative recipe.
