Onion Cream Sauce 

I love this! What a great idea. I used my last onion yesterday for a Greek yogurt onion dip (via Delish) but I stock up on onions every time I visit the store or market, so as soon as I get a bunch, I'll reserve 2 and make this. Thanks, Lauren!

I would of preferred it made with milk or other cream

As soon as she said butter and dairy free she lost me. So it’s not a cream sauce.
