If you want play kingdom Hearts in Asus rog ally without crash just leave It. Play remotely from your pc if its Nvidia and enjoy fullscreen 120hz etc no crashes. Hope Asus next console dont use AMD
anyone knows how to fix the steam kh2 end of the game crash?? i manages to fix the crashes every time a cinematic happens with the sinq but it still crashes when i beat xeanort. i want the fucking platinum and without beating the game i cant get many diferent achivements
This game straight up broke my amd driver enough that I eventually had to reset windows. So I can safely say if your playing this game on a AMD 7840u, 8840u and a 8700g which are pretty much the same gpus with some minor changes this bug still occurs. They all utilize the AMD 780M gpu so hopefully amd and Disney can fix it if we keep reporting the crash and details.
Still broken on Steam too. I didn't realize until after I beat KH1. Cut scenes in the rest of 1.5 + 2.5 at least at beginning of each game show black screen and have audio.
good stuff! I believe it would benefit from slightly lowering the voices and increasing the song volume, so they don't feel as separated from each other.

It turns out there's an entire community that's actually remade the game in a sense, they've added combos, features and different skins for characters, it's called Godzilla save the Earth: Melee, have a look into it it's wild.
This looks really nice, I bet even most of the original devs wouldn't have such a nice master of this animation anymore (or couldn't release it due to copyrights, etc)
wo i find it funny i can play birth by sleep no problems atall but the rest of them hell no either crash as soon as i press new game or continue (even though i have no data to begin with) or if i get past that issue i get infinite black screen instead full hardlock and i've tried all of the solutions above sadly none of them work for me so i guess i just not ment to play then as i refuse to pay for it on console plus aint got the money even if i did wanna buy it so oh well guess its back to watching others play it on youtube or twitch (by the way i been playing the cracked version aswell it still crashes nomatter what i do so the pc ports are just beyond garbage but i dont have a playstation and not willing to put money into a xbox version especially with how its been acting as of late )
This sadly didn't fix my issue at all, honestly if square Enix could just update the damn game to fix a lot of things or to sell the game on somewhere OTHER THAN EPIC then it would be awesome but nooooo they made it harder for us players and still charge lots for a game that has more crashes than playability
I am literally stuck in the first part of the game. Does somebody have a save file just as you get to sora. Because the game crashes after the first boss battle.
My game worked for a week then none of the strategies worked for me. I haven’t dealt with crashing but rather low fps at the startup. At least, that’s what it seems like is going on since the menus are slow, even being inside of the game is slow and Sora runs extremely slow. Guess I’ll have to transport my Xbox with me to more places just to play these damn games…
Still crashes. I'm using fitgirl on rog ally. I've gotten to monstro, with numerous freezes and crashes along the way. but it crashes on the first cutscene every single time now.
Thanks friend, I was having crash problems in Kingdon Hearts ll, in the World of the Lion King when entering the "Rock of the King"... I disabled the "Refresh Rate" and it worked correctly.
i already figured out about the refresh rate thing before watching this video, and had the same idea so i tried turning it off and the crashing still kept happening. help lol
I downloaded the Kingdom Hearts 3 I did both things you said, and yet after the first cutscenes, I get black screen, my fps is on 60 and seems like its working but nope only a black screen and nothing happens
It didn’t work. Nothing has fucking worked. I have scoured the internet for a solution, and it’s just not there. About 90% of my prayers to God in the past few weeks have been in the hope that my game doesn’t crash when I open the pause or save menu. Please, someone, for the love of god help me.
