One of my best friends is a big motion blur guy as well and prefers 24 and 30fps in his movies, I can definitely admit there is a preference though i don't understand it XD Awesome video man! I will be sharing this :D

I don't understand why so many people would dislike this video; you clearly stated that it's an opinion, and you gave your honest, genuine reasons for how you felt. Some people just can't take disagreement maturely I suppose, maybe more than I originally thought...

I think the reason that you prefer a lower frame rate in games like The Last Of Us is that it is using less actions in a single second to convey the same meaning. I guess the fluidity of the motion detracts from the scene for you. Like how a manga or comics can convey more emotion sometimes than a video could in just a few panels.

Interesting food for thought, but I have to disagree. A huge problem with 30fps has to do with, at least in my experience, what you've been exposed to. Let me elaborate. I never thought that going to a whopping 144fps would be that big of a difference, but oh man was I wrong. G sync combined with 144fps is absolutely breathtaking and its kinda ruined other frame rate for me. Before, 60 fps was my standard and when I would play games at 30fps, it hurt, but I was still able to tolerate it. These days. Oh man. Its like, because I've gotten used to 144fps in some instances, 60 now feels like 30 used to. As for 30? Well now its weird. Now I feel like I've gotten so used to higher frame rates that 30fps looks so much worse than it used to. Some people will compare it to a slideshow, but I feel like that's just a tid bit exaggerated. But otherwise, yeah. That's just how I feel.
