This is an absolutely SUPERB tutorial. Dr. Ji has the ability to break things down to easier (not easy) to understand concepts. Because this "stuff" is a walk in the park for him, he has the capacity to explain it to us as if we were children. Thank you!
^how long does b2 stay in your system to show up on a blood test? Is it like a snapshot of your diet for the month? Week? Or days? A test showed I’m deficient but I really think cause the two weeks before I was eating below calories cause I had been so busy. But my doctor isn’t sure of how long of a diet a b2 test accounts for. And I have no signs of b2 deficiency so I want to take it again with a better diet
Thank you Dr Ji - I agree, having lists of log rules (to just memorize) is intimidating. Best to unpick with examples the way you did. The background piano music was soothing and really helped.
well I woke up this morning thinking i should just take pre calc again... your vid made this really click for me. I feel so confident in this college class now.
You've already simplified the equation in your case, you've distributed the multipliers. His answer is not yet operated, he merely just replaced the input x with (x+h).
When using FOIL (First-Outer-Inner-Last) to square (x+h), the Outer and Inner multiplication products each give you xh. Add them both together and you get 2xh.
thank you Dr Ji. i’ve learnt all this before and find myself needing to keep relearning every few months because i’m not keeping it fresh in mind. Do you know of any resources that i can use that are just purely exercises in calculus/pre calculus ? something i can do once a week or so to keep all this fresh in mind. great content!
in 6 months studying calculus-1, it was an open mind key for what calculus is, now I know the background and the purpose of calculus its time for me to apply this application in first year college as EE student :). thank you Dr Ji Tutoring it makes me easy to understand calculus now. I should probably watch more of your videos.
Just finished self-studying precalc/trig and now I'm ready to take calc for a spin. After watching this video I've decided to make you my official calc teacher, lol. Learning math to become a better software engineer, but also because I thoroughly enjoy studying it and using it to do cool things.
