Don't think that you can 'do', England, or Britain, in a week or a fortnight (two weeks). You won't! It's not possible. Great advice BTW. Oh, I'm a Brit who's travelled to some 31 different countries.
Same! I have a second set ready to go, plus a list that stays in my travel bag (all the stuff I use so my brain doesn't break when I try to remember it all) and everyone has a "last minute" list. Things you might need the night before/use the morning of your trip, but still must pack: medicine, cell phone charger, double check of passport, etc. It relieves a lot of stress for us.
We just got back from Ecuador last week and I used a ton of these videos to prep for our trip. The only thing I disagree with is the driving! We did a loop from Quito-> Tena->Banos->cotopaxi->Mindo->Quito and I’m so glad we rented the car. The driving was not nearly as scary as various forums led me to believe, though it’s also not like US driving. Though we opted not to drive into the historic center of Quito just to avoid any issues with big traffic areas.
We went to Granada and LOVED it all...But, the Mirador San Nicolás is not to be missed and we discovered it only by chance! We loved the freestyle music and dancing!! Tapas every evening and it's a must!!
Breakfast Burritos are a way to stuff fat into your arteries and fill a massive loo with it fast. Nobody in europe will eat that. But then they arent fat
I always love your videos for their great information - And beeing from vienna this is the first time i was assured that you actually know what you are talking about! Awesome Video as always One Thing to add, regarding Servers and Service Quality in restaurants: Bringing the check/receipt without beeing asked is considered incredibly rude in Austria. Regarding the receipt, they don´t bring them because they don´t care - but because in Austria we consider getting the check like beeing "thrown out" of the restaurant - giving the sense of the servers not wanting you to stay any longer Everything else was completely on point! Thank you for that video
It was my first time leaving the United States with a 1h20m layover in Frankfurt. My flight leaving the US was delayed 30 mins. Sprinted through Frankfurt and made it only with a couple minutes to spare.
Just correcting the beggars in Wien don’t come from Austria. It’s organised and they arrived in the morning and return in the evening. The only Viennese/EU citizens that beg in Wien usually have drug issue.
Also, are they reliable with departure times? I had the last flight out on a budget airline once and they got delayed overnight and no one from the airline was in the airport to tell us what was happening. Took the whole morning at our next destination from us. Really poor customer service experience sitting in the airport after all the flights were gone for the night having no clue what was going on.
