Fighting in the street is the Most dangerous place to fight were Real fights happen Not in the ring. I have had over 100 fights in bars and on the streets were I have fought attackers with weapons and also multiple attackers but yet some people say that I am Not a Real fighter. I think the one problem that I have with your account of these is that the stories I have heard never said that Gene LaBelle was the stunt coordinator he just happened to be on the set at the time. Which during the time period would make sense because Hollywood was a lot smaller with a lot less experts. I think the story about Steven Seagal is probably exaggerated. But I think the story about Bruce Lee is probably true. Gene LaBelle was very prone to horsing around. To think you wouldn't a horse around with Bruce Lee is kind of silly. Why wouldn't he? Once again the threats supposedly said by Bruce Lee are probably exaggerated but he probably was annoyed a little bit. That seems like it's very normal. Some dude runs up and picks me up would be kind of frustrating
i agree with everything but Tarantino did say in that same Joe Rogan interview that the only people justified in feeling that way are people that knew him. paraphrased a bit since i havent seen it in a while.
You weren't paying attention to Tarantino saying his portrayal of Bruce Lee is historically accurate. It's a shame that so many people miss the entire point of the video.
Firstly attacking a dead man's reputation is just wrong. The people who still spread hate on him do not know anything about him and his contribution to this world. He suffered from a lot of racism for teaching his art called Jeet Kune Do to white people. Mr Lee's legacy helped pave the way for broader depictions of Asian Americans in cinema and created a whole new breed of action hero. Also, Mr Lee’s philosophy extended beyond martial arts. He believed in self-expression, self-discovery, and personal growth. His writings and interviews emphasized the importance of being true to oneself and constantly evolving. In conclusion, in my opinion he is still the most influential person.
Frank Dux is a lost opportunity in fiction writing and script writing. He could’ve have been pretty successful at that given all the BS he can come up with. The only thing he’d not have to do is place himself as the protagonist.

Why doesn't anyone from that world just try to roll with it and use dux's own tactics against him whenever he shows up. Oh yeah, its all true. I won't sit here and listen to you doubt Dux! Since there's no replacement for the one and only Bruce Lee, I'd suggest using a very good actor with the same body characteristics and moves and use deepfake in his face and it's all good! And if it's not enough, use CGI and AI to top it off! Done!! Right?? 😆

Tony Jaa is the GOAT. His strength, speed and pure athleticism are insane. The creativity? Even better. The Protector stair fight scene is still amazing to watch.
Besides, Steven Segal denying about him getting choked by Gene Labell & soiled in his pants he said, that never happened & also when Segal quickly had left the party on Sylvester Stallon house immediately back in late 80's early 90's.
