I found one on Amazon by a company called Greenlife. That is very environmentally conscious. It’s only $50 and the basket and tray are ceramic. Not coated with ceramic, but ceramic. Has a manual interface with just two dials instead of a digital one, so there are no fancy presets or things like that. It has 1500 W of power and goes from 160 to 400° and holds 4.5 quarts.
For a million years we ate 70-80% meat and weren’t consistently eating and drinking and sipping all day. Keep mouth closed, breathe through nose, your saliva will heal your teeth. Today we don’t let that happen. Today we are constantly washing away the saliva.

Question. You say to get the toxins out. But glyphosate or pesticides and herbicides are on the plants you buy. You can only wash 50-80% off. And it’s also inside the plants. Meat doesn’t have these pesticides. Meat does have hormones, (like estrogen) but the estrogen in many common plants are orders of magnitude more. Except they are also phytoestrogen so they are orders of magnitude weaker. So I’m still unsure about that one.

meat eaters don't understand basic biology, explain why you are ingesting copious amounts of cholesterol? the body creates its own cholesterol, it doesn't need to be ingested. So the fact you're ingesting excess cholesterol means its being deposited into your arteries as plaque which will lead to stroke earlier. Daily meat eaters don't even make it to 77, they die around 58-68. Treat meat as a luxury, not a daily driver
OK you started a lot in this video ! You started running, the next step is, timing yourself, my best time ever, in my younger days, was 3 miles 16 minutes flat. The world record, last time I checked, was 13 minutes flat ! Always organic , but tell us, is there anything that you might eat that is not organic ?

Ever tried slippery elm! This one do wonders. It is a sort of base for the good bacteria en makes the stools slide thru your gut I got a flare up of Ulcera colitis because i followed the advice of drinking horse milk. Bad advice… so am using a mix of Slippery elm, myrrhe and golden seal to get me back in remission… It soothes and heals the gut…

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) 50 grams Mint (Mentha piperita) 50 grams Horsetail (Equisetum telmateia) 50 grams Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) 50 grams Senna (Senna Alexandria) 150 grams Alder buckhthorn (Frangula alnus) 150 grams Mix this in one mixture of herbs. Mix two heaping tablespoons in 1 liter of boiling water. Steap it for 20 minutes. Drink 3 times per day around 300 ml of this tea. You can add lemon or cinammon to taste. My constipation is no more. A good friend who is herbalist gave me this recipe. No cramps no anything. I go 2 to 3 times per day. Normally.
You are 100% about the impact of deviating from carnivore. It floors me. Working with fruit til meat and so far feeling much better, and surprisingly gaining no weight.
I did a 4 day fast 5 years ago to eliminate my restless leg syndrome (it worked). I slept GREAT. Anxiety and depression stopped. Annoyance and irritation stopped. That’s all I had felt for years. I stopped being hungry, but I craved food a lot. I would take long (but slow) walks and listen to music. That was the only time I could really avoid my natural tendency to concentrate on wanting to eat. My legs ached SO bad the first couple of days, and I only felt human in a hot epsom salt bath. By day 3 I was ready to drink the cucumber melon body wash in the shower. I would drink a gallon of water and not even pee so I’d drink more. I love to read or watch RU-vid, but the only things I could read or watch were studies on fasting. Day 4 I actually went to work and had a very long, low energy day in the office. I broke the fast with a little bit of cucumber, which was the most delicious thing I’d ever tasted. I lost about 15 lbs and cleared up all kinds of other issues. Of course I didn’t stay the course with decent diet and exercise, so now here I am, planning my next water fast that I hope will last at least 12 days.

I think people have forgot why people became veggie or vegan it wasn’t just health reasons it’s animal welfare and the state of modern farming.. I’m sure we can make a little sacrifice for them, at the end of the day humans are opportunistic and we eat wots available
Being a veggie/vegan kills more animals than eating animals does. I grow veg for a living, and you can't grow veg without killing pests. Difference is, you kill all these animals to grow the veg and the end product provides a hardly any macro nutrients, while killing 1 cow will provide half a years worth of calories.
