Technically, it works on any can. It stands to reason that any beer would pour better from a spout, even if the ‘surger technology’ isn’t in the can. Works for me at least. 😊
I finally got around to trying the Gnista Red Italian Not Wine and found it more like an aperitivo. I mixed it with a couple of splashes of Belvoir Mulled Punch over the holidays and it was a fun sipper. I’m curious to see you guys try Gnista Red Italian Not Wine on the channel and hear your thoughts.

Like your videos a lot guys! Been sober for two years now and I love that there are a lot of great non alcoholic drinks you can drink not to be that one guy with a coke or a water at a party! Keep it going!

haven't tried a non alcoholic drink that is decent. I go towards soft drinks rather than 0 alcohol (except the beer that is ok) as wines just taste like someones put soda in fruit juice.
Yeah - the non alcoholic market is VERY hit and miss. Some terrible offerings, but some amazing ones. That’s why we’re doing what we’re doing - so people can spend their hard earned cash on the right stuff. We’re very honest too. We get a fair few freebies, and even then, we say if we actually like it or not. Hope we can help you find the right drink 👍
To make your own … 50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy 25ml Coconut Syrup 100ml Pineapple Juice Shaky earnestly. Serve with a cherry, a sprig of mint and a straw. ✌️
So true. Trying to find an exact replacement for a spirit is often disappointing. However, a good ginger beer with some muddled jalapeños, simple syrup and fresh lime is delicious.

Some people can’t, pal. That’s why we’re trying to help people get a better handle on their relationship with alcohol. Also, the symbol you used is called an ‘ampersand’. It means ‘and’, so can’t be used instead of an ‘a’. Don’t worry though. 👍
We’ll do a proper episode on it, but in brief, it’s good in a Cuba Libre - not overwhelming neat. Right up there with others though and I certainly didn’t pay over the odds at all. 👌 Have you found any decent na rums?
Yikes. Do you have any other rum alternatives? Like Strykk for example. Really decent and also cheaper than some of the higher end brands. The lyres spiced cane is great, but is one of the more expensive options.

I've been making these with Lyre's for the past two years. However, I've never used a shaker. And it's traditionally served over crushed ice. They even sell mint julep kits with the tools to crush the ice. Nice to know you liked it. It's a big favorite with the Kentucky Derby (it's the official drink).

@@HowToDrinkWithoutDrinking Yes, I’ve had a few I like, Thompson & Scott’s Noughty Rouge is nice and so is Zeero Sangiovese. I added Oak Aged bitters to the Rouge and Chocolate Mole bitters (from All the Bitter) to the Sangiovese, and a drop or two of Stevia per glass to deepen the flavor and add a touch of sweetness to my taste. Sovi Rosé of Pinot Noir was light and pleasant on its own, too. I’ve got a couple bottles of Pinot Noir I haven’t opened yet to try, one from Leitz Zero Point Five and one from Oceano Zero. I’m most excited to try those. And Gnista Red French Style & Italian Style are intriguing to me, going to try those soon. What have you tried/liked so far in reds?
Wow you've really tried a fair amount, we'll certainly take on some of those recommendations! We tried 4 bottles of red in France last year (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G40UWxMfi4w.html) but being completely honest, neither of us have found anything that we like and still on the hunt! We have been sent a bottle of Gnista Italian Style so stay tuned for a review of that in the future!
I’m a lifelong non drinker, partnered with a man with a deep sense of “host,” and therefore a reasonably interesting bar at home. He respects that I don’t drink, but we had the opportunity to have a zero proof spritz in Venice. So I’m on the hunt for flavors I can blend to make such tastes, and bitters are a big piece of the puzzle. New to the channel, and VERY grateful.
Hey, apologies - we missed this comment. Thanks for sharing. That deep sense of host is certainly something that I (Stephen) can relate to. There are few cocktails that I don’t have the ingredients in stock for - and I do love that for when friends are over etc. However, having a strong non-alc bar is really important too. It means that non-drinkers can feel apart, but also, it means I also love finding great alternatives that I too can enjoy. Do you have much in NA wise?
