This intro gives me shivers. It's moody complexity fits the intellectual tone of the show perfectly and the drum beat sounds like a heart beat down to the way it was mixed. It is a tragedy that streaming services had to replace it with generic crap that takes all of the punch out of the intro, especially since the show opens with whoever the patient is going through an emergency. If I was Massive attack I would be actively trying to get Teardrop back on as the intro. I imagine their track being the intro of House probably was a massive boon for their careers.
i was in this crowd, Brixton academy April 20th 2003. Had just moved from Penzance to London to go to uni and my poor little brain just WAS NOT READY. The music/artwork combination was insanely powerful. Still go a bit wobbly thinking about it tbh
Not many bands have so much rithm they need two drummers! Awesome. I saw this live a few times, I can't discribe how much more of the lower tones you FEEL that no microphone can record.
Compare this interview with "Banksy's" "lost BCC radio voice interview" from 2003 & listen carefully.. observe voice, softness in it & eyes too because there is a YT clip on that interview too.. there might be enough clues by now. Love always
Fuck yeah! Meant to be seeing them in August in Bristol. Well looking forward to it.Probably guna be the second best live performance I've seen myself... Let's go...
