I think you’re missing the point here. I’m not saying that they don’t matter. When people first start they put way too much real estate in weight and reps without regard to form or execution. I'm sorry but you are being a bad influence. What most of you dudes don't understand is that growth is a function of protein synthesis, adequate rest and increases with your work capacity (or alternatively dose). You need a holistic approach and muscle control for hypertrophy is not the umbrella over it all. That's pure nonsense. The actual umbrella would be fitness. By that I mean understanding and manipulating intensity and volume to grow work capacity and increase fitness over time. You chose to do that by injecting steroids, taking your protein synthesis to otherworldly levels and then you focused on managing fatigue through isolating muscles and instead of learning about volume and intensity you learned about what's the ideal style of training for a steroid user when it comes to hypertrophy. In short you strike me as someone that has no idea what they are talking about. Your progress is tightly coupled with your dose. And your advice isn't completely wrong, but it pertains to just one phase of training, namely hypertrophy. Again sry if it comes off as hating on you. I'm sure if people listen to you on hypertrophy strategies they'll get results. You got a great physique. But you still don't know much about how everything really intersects and interacts and you have apparently substituted actual knowledge on the subject with your own collection of myths and old-school knowledge that you freestyle arranged. That's not great for teaching. That's all I am saying. Again impressive physique and solid hypertrophy advice. On the broader picture you seriously lack knowledge.
