Hi Shanza, It's been a while since we've seen any of your latest videos. Hope everything is okay on your end. I’m curious to know how an Indian entrepreneur running an LLC in Texas can buy houses in the name of the company. Specifically, what documents are required and what is the initial budget to get started?
Hello Ma'am, I am a RU-vid Video SEO Expert, Your video looks great But I have found many problems in your channel due to which views and likes are low in your channel, I have sent an email mentioning all the problems, please see the email.
They have ruined Anna Town Square with the mega apartment buildings, will have 4,000 people trying to get out of one exit every morning. All the essentials, but nothing of quality, Burrus is an overpriced low quality grocery, and the only other option is Walmart. Now than Anna has been ruined the plague is moving north to Van Alstyne, where 30,000 homes are planned. Nice.
My name is Melissa. You cannot fake. When you want to see me just get to the house just type the number or just see the number when you s**t at house it is!!!!!708 you see my house number
Dallas area will bankrupt you if you're a new home owner. Due to high property taxes and extremely high homeowner insurance. Make sure you check this before you move there. Because it costs more than most states. And they assess your house every year in Texas to raise property taxes. Since they have no income tax, they compensate it from property tax.
I hope this video didn’t scare you. This is pretty much the worse you can deal with here. Depending on your wants and needs one can navigate though this and make it work for you! I would def come visit and not completely cross it off your list. I’m always here to help !
Any information about Woodbridge. I’m starting to look at 1 story villas by greenadier st Woodbridge but know very little about it. Your commentary was great!
I love the Woodbridge community it’s near your day to day necessities, some of it goes into sachse city. But you’re pretty much near everything. I heard good things about that community and builder for the one story villas ! Let me know if you need any help ☺️
Outside of techie types and doctors, who can afford these new builds? They're building these type of high end suburbs in my area but the only folks who can afford them are the doctors and state employees. All of these huge, gorgeous houses being built while thousands sleep in tents. Shameful.
I soo love your HONESTY, Shanza!! I appreciate your input, I live in San Antonio right now. I do want to move, but I'm not sure when at where right now, I have some business to take care of first.😊
Hi Shanza, thanks for another great vlog, did you move to the east side of Dallas, I thought you live in Wylie , tx. I still love the collin county north Dallas area, which city little elm, Princeton , McKinney, and Anna would you say have lower property taxes ?
Well I’m north east technically still in that area ! Lol Wylie is still in Collin County! It’s still my top county. Well it also depends on school district too you could be in little elm for example and be in frisco isd which has higher property tax vs little elm isd which has lower property tax that same things applies with Princeton and McKinney it varies from what school they are zoned for.
