I am from Dallas. I have seen price continue to increase. One reason is because many are moving to Dallas. Prices are going to upto million as an average in some areas like Prosper, Frisco. One observation I have is lot of Indian Origin buyers, most of them are on Visa and in IT and working remotely. I am not trying to target any specific community, I am also Indian Origin. As I discussed, new build are mostly bought by Indians in Dallas. I heard similar story for Atlanta. Do we know how many % of the new construction bought by Citizens vs Visa holders?
Aren't builders holding new homes for summer? What about the investor home squeeze that will potentially force sales of investor properties do to adjustable rate refinancing due this summer? Plus apartment construction...
I’m so in love with your 🧠!….you’re so spot on with the bear market and about when things will get bullish 🥰 great advice from the housing market standpoint to crypto and stocks…..
Majority of new home buyers were institutional & foreign ppl with visa who plan or intend to work from home Way too many companies across the country have been asking ppl to visit office 2-3 days a week which will eventually go to all day by this year or early 2024. Plus recession , layoffs etc will just make the crash from correction
Sorry, but you are completely wrong about interest rates and inflation. This video was put out about a month ago and interest rates have gone up to 7.75% and are expected to increase 3 or 4 more times this year. That is according to the Feds. It's optimistic to think that the rates are going to dip, but that's just not going to happen here in 2023. As for the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex growing, that's spot on.
Sir, Thank you for sharing your thoughts I said we have to pay attention to see if inflation keeps falling which will make rates fall as well. I mentioned in my other videos that the feds will continue to raise rates as they see necessary and pivoting early can make inflation go up again. I never said rates were going to continue to go down
