Can I give you a suggestion? You have a beautiful and great voice but you add a little whispering sound or lower down the volume of your sound then it will be more effective. You also need to slow down your speed.... I am damn sure your subscribers will love it. All the best!
I like your calm and steady voice. It's the main thing I look for in these videos when I wake up in the middle of the night and I'm trying to get back to sleep. Also, the breathing helps me so much. I just woke up and I'm feeling refreshed instead of exhausted. Thank you! ❤
I just found your channel! I find your voice and presence charming and relaxing. .the timing is good when switching concentration .. I busted two ribs five days ago..still can't breathe well or move so.. I went looking for relaxation and..here you are 😊 I appreciate your support 🙏
Wow thanks for your sharing with those kind words. I am glad my videos offers you something you enjoy. And I hope you heal quickly from your injury. Blessings.
As someone who have some struggles with anxiety, after practicing few weeks of daily conscious breathing i felt like it helps a lot. That’s why i did it few times per day for 15m or so. At some point i thought that when im on office to work i might do shallow breathing so i start doing some cohereant breathing 15-20m 2times a day in 7-8h of work. Anddd that got me into some probleme, became to aware of my breathing and always payed attention. It was a v bad sensation for 2 days, but went to my therapist and with some tools and explanation im ok now. The problem is now im a bit scared to do conscious breathing every day that much. It still pops to my mind when im reading or doing something peaceful and instantly become aware of it , but im not fighting anymore and it feels way better. My question is at some point at the beginning did you had something similar? Or do you become aware of your breathing nowadays without thinking conciounsly on that? The 2nd question sounds a bit silly:)) thanks!:)
Thanks for sharing your experience! Anxiety can be really painful, I know from my own past. I'd say: Conscious breathing is just one way of many that have the same end goal: To become present. To stop focusing on the future or the past. If it gives you anxiety or stress, try another method: like counting your breaths or practicing mindfulness instead. About coherent breathing: There's not ONE correct way of doing it. For instance a 5-5 ratio might be super relaxing for one person, but very stressful for someone else. You could try a 8-8 ratio for example and see if that suits you better. In general: Let go of any practice that stresses you. Find something that you integrate naturally to become present in the moment. Notice that pauses inbetween your breaths, or, as often as you can sink your focus from your head to your heart, or, just become aware of your sense perceptions and allow everything in. Me personally, I try to notice when my breathing is off. When I've stopped breathing, when I'm tensing my belly or use the mouth unnecessarily. Hope this helps. Emil
this is my first 4’ breath hold. It was also the first time that I hold my breath with full lungs. Very nice and relaxing experience, I will try it again !
Sandwiched this between a yoga session and a meditation, the meditation was greatly enhanced by your practice, managed the 4 minutes still in full relaxation. Brilliant thank you, ❤🕉️🍄
Hey fellow traveler! Did you practice this session? How did you experience it? Please share by leaving a comment! And also, subscribe to my channel. New session out every Sunday. Much love and blessings, Emil
Amazing, beautiful, i will do again tomorrow. At about 3minutes the body started shaking a little, so i let a little air go to release the pressure. After feeling very calm and serene. Many thanks
@@markhoward2602 Thank you for sharing Mark. 👋🏼 It’s amazing how we are able to influence our body and the state of awareness simply by breathing, right?
It most definitely is! Or, rather, the end goal is the same: To slow down our system and build up Co2 in the blood and become more tolerant towards it and reap the benefits...
Fellow traveler! Let me know how you did or how you experienced this session! If you enjoyed it, please subscribe and give it a thumbs up. Much love, Emil
WTF??? 1 .. one,,breath a minute?? I cant even do like 10.. How do you do it .. i can even prolong inhale.. but cant exhale for longer than 10 sec max I can do 1 bread 🍞 a minute though 😋
@@emil_nylander Bolt score is between 20 - 27s without using too much will power If I take a deep inhale and not exhale much n start the hold it goes upto 30s
Once I took a flight from a barcelona to paris, 94m duration, 89 breath cycles without rest in between. I love slow breathing, once I did 2 rounds of 3m one breath cycle (6m) and 5 rounds of 2m breath cycle (10m), just to mention a few experiments 😊
Definitely! Actually, practicing slow breathing while doing anything is a great way to enhance our general health and ability to hold more Co2 (which is very important for lowering blood pressure, better oxygenation and much more).
@@gjceman people consider carbon dioxide is not good but if u have carbon dioxide tolerance it will benefit you in many ways especially when you are running, Running with a low C02 tolerance causes the heart to beat quickly, which will lead to feeling winded faster. Being able to tolerate more carbon dioxide means that your heart will continue to beat slowly, allowing you to increase your pace for a longer period of time.
@@gjceman Basically Co2 tolerance is important because sufficient amounts of Co2 in the blood/lungs helps us: - Oxygenate way better (due to the Bohr effect) - Dilate our blood vessels which helps our blood flow - Co2 also helps us balance the pH levels Today many of us are chronic "overbreathers" which means we expel too much Co2, causing us to become tired, fatigued and prone to illness.
your voice is so calming big bro. Great practice. Also I believe your meditation/breathe and hold breathwork will sync well with chill and ambient music. Thanks 😊
Randomly stumbled across this meditation a few days ago. Listened half way and saved it for when I was in the right setting. Just followed through the whole thing. The most healing meditation I’ve ever experienced. I’m new to this. Thank you. I will be back again. Appreciated. Have a wonderful day :)
