On this channel we will be fixing and building mini bikes that have been forgotten and neglected. Anything from tote gotes from the 1960s and 1970s to the popular Coleman minis we see everyone crusing around on. We won't be too worried about upgrading these predator motors that we will be using, as I do sell most of these minis when they are all done. The motors on the bikes we do keep will probably get some love though! From building, to experiments just to see what happens for science... come along for the ride, as my kids Charles, Kaitlyn, Benjamin, maybe Thomas and I try to build something everyone will enjoy! This engine goes on a large cement mixer that can mix quite a few bags at once so maybe it needs the torque more than the HP I'm not really sure but that's how it came so my buddy wanted to keep it that way.
If u need to open the caliper to put the rotor between the pads I should be able to just push the side that does the squeezing on the rotor in some if not then loosen the bleeder screw then push the pads apart and re tighten the bleed screw
Ya I just hit the local hardware store and got some thick steel bushing that fit over the axle welded a few together and cut them to the length I needed
Really nice bike i looked at one at my tractor supply definitely out of my budget right now i did a full service on my ranger with new belt and some sunf street tires kinda blew my budget for anything ive also down to just my mm80 and motovox gave my older adult kids my big tire bikes as i never ride them cleaning stuff out
Ya this guy was pretty much a birthday present for myself. I can't buy expensive things like it all the time but once in a while I'll make a bad life decision and just do it and make it work.
Nice. How many hours do you think the bike has on it? Not sure that it matters though because they may go bad randomly. Similar to the Coleman jackshaft bearings. I didn't like the jackshaft bearings in my torque converters and replaced them when they were fairly new.

Ive got to replace mine on my motovox working on stretch kit and hydrolic brake kit add all new bearings after i tear it down for powder coat bike is taking some time to get done
@@nicsminibikes I used to buy those p. G. N's off of Amazon and they were relatively good and then the quality of it was just winter to do some research and find a good neither German or Japanese bearing for some of these wheel bearings that's one of my main Issues with these 6 inch small tire bikes. I just blow through bearings like crazy.
Luckily I have a local bearing store that sales skf bearings they are pretty good. They don't stock these little head tube bearings tho. I haven't had to do a 6 inch wheel bearing yet but I have done a few 8 inchers
You are not alone on this issue you had with the neck bearings. I had exact same issue with my EX frame when I was first time getting her together. I ended up using my dremel and slowly ground through the left over race.
My first Tillotson I built had this same thing happen on my 212 pro tj called said dad bike won't start he was 3 miles from house rod caps were done rear fill cap was gone motor was pretty much empty
I'm trying to figure out a rocker setup on my hemi bottom end non hemi head swap...u got some china champions off Amazon and looks like they need lash caps but lash caps don't work on my ss valves...
I put this non hemi head on with stock non hemi rockers and push rods. Since I've done this I have built a 224 with ss valves they came with billet spring retainers and automotive style locks and lash caps.

Thing coming along nice bud my wife took over my storm 200 she bought a stock 212 for it and couldnt be happier got to get my motovox finished up this week so we can ride 😀
